EURAPIPE Duraflo ABS is a plastic piping system for chilled and cold water applications & other industrial application systems. EURAPIPE Duraflo is a solvent welded system with fully matched pipework system incorporating pipe, fittings & valves according to AS/NZS 3518:2013
The system provides a wide temperature range and the system remains extremely ductile even at temperatures as low as -30⁰C. Furthermore, ABS is extremely lightweight and is much easier to handle on-site than traditional materials especially during installation which can significantly reduce both time and cost.
FORSTA FILTERS
A self-cleaning strainer (or self-cleaning filter) is a type of water filter which utilizes system pressure to clean itself. Forsta self-cleaning strainers will remove unwanted particles from a water source in the 5-4,000 micron range and at flow rates ranging from 10gpm up to many thousands of gpm in large applications. Self-cleaning strainers save users money on water, energy, maintenance and equipment replacement. They are often referred to as automatic self-cleaning strainers because unlike many systems, the technology requires no routine maintenance. For example, an automatic self-cleaning strainer, will not require constant change outs and system shutdowns like a bag or cartridge filter. Forsta self-cleaning strainers are used to protect pipes and a wide range of downstream equipment. Without adequate filtration, pipes acquire scale buildup causing an increase in the energy required to pump system water.

Cooling Tower with cross-flow technology A cooling tower is a heat exchanger that transfer ‘waste’ heat from a building, industrial process, or power plant by cooling water. It works by rejecting heat from the water circuit to the air through evaporation of water. Kelvion also offers a “short on-site assembly time”, with cooling capacities of up to 25MW per unit. These Polacel Frigate modules are more effective when a site has constrained assembly area. Thanks to the stackable modular design, they also offer short on-site assembly times, with cooling capacities of up to 25MW per unit. Our engineers provide customized modifications to meet your specific requirements. These cooling towers are mainly used on the roof of a data-centre and crypto industry. For larger cooling capacities, the field-erected cooling towers Polacel CMDI can be offered up to 100MW per unit. These cooling towers are mainly used larger manufacturing plants, power generation facilities, hydrogen and refineries.
LAKOS - Filtration Solution
Centrifugal Sand Separator, Water Filtration system. Filtration system for Cooling Towers. LAKOS Separators create centrifugal action by inducing water tangentially into a separation barrel creating a vortex-like action . The rapid spinning action created by the vortex causes the heavier particles to separate to the outer portion of the barrel . The separated liquid flows to the center of the vortex where the pressure is low, and out the outlet free of particles continuing to downstream equipment . Gravity causes the separated particles to fall down the outer barrel where they collect in the purge chamber .LAKOS Standard Efficiency Separators can be expected to remove up to 98% of solids 74 microns and larger in a single pass, and up to 99% of solids 44 microns and larger in recirculating applications, with heavier solids performing even better.

An easy way to test if a LAKOS Separator will work for your application is to try our Three Minute Settling Test. Typically particles that can settle within 3-4 minutes are heavy enough for LAKOS Separators centrifugal action to separate those solids from a given liquid.
